Room Rates

Our rates are based on double occupancy* and include a full country breakfast served each morning in the dining room. Rates may vary throughout the year based on availability. For up-to-the-minute rates and availability, visit our contact page. During high occupany we require a two-night minimum.

Payments and Deposits

• We accept personal checks (for deposits), Visa, Mastercard and cash.
• A one-night room rate is required as a deposit to secure a reservation.
• Change of arrival or departure dates and cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• We would greatly appreciate a phone call two days prior with your estimated time of arrival.

Policies

• A full country breakfast is served each morning. Special dietary accommodations can be made upon request.
• Landon Hill is a smoke-free environment (at the discretion of your hosts, smoking is allowed in outside areas).
• We gladly accept well behaved and supervised children.
• Pets may be accepted at the discretion of your hosts, with a refundable $ 25.00 deposit required.
